The Talent Manager is a people leader who will be an essential part of the team within their assigned group of Districts in a designated geography. The Talent Manager is responsible for the successful execution of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, developing and retaining employees. Working Conditions: Work may be sedentary at times: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time sitting and use a computer keyboard, and mouse frequently. Frequent local travel is required by automobile (up to 75% of the time). Occasional longer distance travel via plane or automobile, including overnight stays may be required (up to 25% of the time).

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength.
- A passion for people, coaching, mentoring and developing.
- Experience with social media marketing, networking, and sourcing new talent.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or Motor Vehicle Record Check
