KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Talent and Culture Risk Management to join our Talent and Culture team.

Responsibilities:

+ Apply a thorough understanding of Risk Management processes and tools to the evolving Talent and Culture (T&C) landscape (for example, compliance, controls, process optimization, and technology/info security, workforce dynamics) to identify emerging risks and support relevant and timely risk and controls postures across T&C

+ Assist in the development and improvement efforts of T&C Risk Management materials, tools, reports and training

+ Collaborate with T&C leadership, Risk Management, Compliance, the Global System of Quality Control (SoQC) team, Internal Audit and other controls/compliance testing teams ensure risks are effectively planned for and mitigated

+ Provide T&C leaders and process leads information and training needed to identify and mitigate risks within the processes they lead, and assist with first-line self-assessments and assurance reviews performed by internal and external risk, legal and regulatory bodies

+ Manage and monitor a multi-disciplined Risk Management implementation plan for T&C, and while using the plan, enable leadership to make informed, risk-based decisions across the functional areas of T&C risk (for example, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, engagement, and retention)

+ Recommend and evaluate risk reduction and mitigation activities to continually drive towards risk reduction methodologies in support of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of responsibility, as well as track risk reduction activities within the first line, ensuring priority risks are remediated, and controls are documented in conjunction with process documentation and optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

+ Minimum three years of recent, related work experience in Risk Management, including controls testing, HR operational processes and HR Risk Management

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

+ Ability to manage projects and processes while applying domain knowledge to make decisions impacting T&C organization and related risks

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

+ Possess a hands-on, independent, and accountable delivery mindset

+ Ability to travel as needed
