Talent Acquisition Specialist- Short-Form Content Company
Role Overview: We are seeking a new hire to begin immediately at our Short-Form Content Company as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This vital role supports our President, Devin Jatho, an esteemed online creator with a significant following on Instagram. As an integral part of our team, you'll be the backbone of our employee recruiting efforts, working in a fully remote setting. You will be the first person that new hires see, and you’ll set the expectation for many excited hires that apply to work with us in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
- Team Management as needed.
- Regular Reporting as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, Talent Acquisition associate or corporate recruiter in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Notion (our primary software).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience navigating recruiting channels and social media with the intent of creating new conversations
- Experience in full-cycle hiring of entry-level, mid-level, and senior requisitions.
- C-Suite sourcing experience is a plus, although not needed
- Proactive, independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities.
