About the position:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners to attract the talent to achieve our organizational goals and vision.You will:
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting for an assigned division of the company.
- Manage multiple searches with varying priorities.
- Understand Talent Attraction needs and advise on the best actions.
- Design, implement and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.
- Proactively attract high quality, diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to evaluate the Talent Acquisition strategy and recommend improvements.
- Will manage a large requisition work load.
- Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
About the travel:
This position will be based in Muscatine, IA but local and overnight travel will be required. Travel will be required to the corporate office in Greene, NY for onboarding and training. Additional travel throughout the year will be based on business need but may include college and/or community recruiting events.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent is required.
- 3+ years recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience is required.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Co-Ops/Interns, and/or Skilled Labor is strongly preferred.
- Experience using Internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience recruiting for rural locations and shift work
- Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
- Ability to develop creative approaches to sourcing passive and active candidates
Experience in high volume or agency recruiting is preferred

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent. A Masters Degree in a related field is preferred. 3 or more years professional experience is required.
