At Sonder Healthcare, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help hire the best of the best to take care of our patients ant their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews over various platforms, including phone screening, in-person and zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Work closely with the HR manager to keep all requisitions updated and accurate.
- Act as representative of the company from first interview to orientation of new hires.
- Attend job fairs and build network with local medical schools.
Required Skills:
- Two years of Home Healthcare recruiting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Knowledge of training development principles is a plus.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Sacramento, CA 95834 before starting work.
- Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time (At least 32 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
