We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coodinator to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly navigate a fast-paced environment, adept at organizing and prioritizing a high volume of detailed activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working with an applicant tracking and document management system, demonstrating the ability to handle recruiting support workflow, such as; posting open positions, scheduling interviews for team members, creating formal offer letters, drafting job descriptions, assisting with candidate submission review and other similar responsibilities.
- Maintain a high volume of active requisitions and job postings on the applicant tracking system and external job boards.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs
- Assist with developing job descriptions and defining successful candidate profiles
- Schedule interviews for candidates to meet with hiring managers, maintaining positive communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Utilize various technology platforms and tools to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
- Associates or Bachelors degree required
- Recruiting experience within mortgage, real estate, finance, and/or banking helpful but not required
- Experience with applicant tracking software and social media recruiting tools
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, and calendaring software
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with all work products
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating seamless interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders
