As a member of the Sales Support team, the Regional Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Support Manager and is responsible for supporting the Northern California Region as well as the Sales Support Manager in the assigned weekly/monthly activities. In addition, this role will support the vision, mission, and Superior Plus Propane's values and objectives by ensuring that all procedures, policies, and processes in place are applied to provide customers with excellent customer service and so facilitate the customer experience with the enterprise.
Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Run and distribute weekly sales reports
  • Review and validate new customer account setups for accuracy via Cargas systems.
  • Provide onboarding training for new Territory Sales Rep (Salesforce, Cargas, Inlogic, etc.)
  • Administers any account maintenance items works with the billing department on any discrepancies that need to be addressed, general pricing inquiries
  • Work closely with operation partners to ensure assets are available for new tank sets
  • Manage the Monthly Sales Commission process for your region to include updating monthly tracking files, validating new account sets, and reviewing delivery transaction data in the Inlogic commission's tool for accuracy.
  • Maintain region monthly forecast file and other reporting as assigned
  • Ad hoc project as assigned.

     

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Two to three years in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a changing environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop and build relationships and maintain engagement with internal and external customers
  • Microsoft Office experience with intermediate experience in Excel
