Regional (TA) HR Coordinator 2 (Remote)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: The TA Coordinator at AESC will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will assist with interview scheduling, guide candidates through the drug/background process as needed, enter requisitions into ATS (ADP), assist with creating offer letters, arrange travel and lodging for candidates visiting for interviews, and may provide other support for other projects as needed. The TA Coordinator will contribute to fostering a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms, video conferencing, and necessary equipment.
- Candidate Support:
- Help candidates navigate the drug/background screening process, providing instructions, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute new hire documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Coordinate orientation schedules and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Travel and Lodging Coordination:
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and lodging, for candidates visiting for interviews.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate status updates, interview feedback, and onboarding progress.
- Assist with entering requisitions into the Applicant Tracking System
- Create offer letters for TA Partners
- Provide other TA support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in TA coordination for onsite positions, or 5 years of experience for Remote positions.
- Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is primarily an office setting. However, if required to travel to sites they are primarily automated manufacturing plants with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
