Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist with the day-to-day support of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams.
Provide support with the hiring process, including coordinating job postings.
Source quality candidates utilizing various sourcing job boards, networking sites and social media.
Send messages to prospective candidates, cold calling to ensure a strong response yield and communicating directly to candidates in a timely manner.
Provide candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
Audit candidate’s documentation to ensure position requirements are obtained.
Timely and accurately entering data into HRIS.
Track individual metrics to determine effectiveness of source and make necessary changes based on best practices.
Consult with Talent Acquisition team on position descriptions, requisition creation, and sourcing strategies.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates.
Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates to ensure a consistent and rewarding onboarding experience.
Assist maintaining applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
Other responsibilities can include providing additional support to the recruiting team as needed.
Initiate and track pre-employment screenings, including drug screens, background checks, and TB tests.
Send candidate offer letters through the Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure data integrity and accuracy of new hire information.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience, preferably within the Healthcare field
Minimum of 3 years experience supporting Human Resources departments
Experience using Internet sourcing tools (including Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience in supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication and excellent follow-up skills
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

2 years experience assisting with Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Healthcare field
Experience in supporting high volume recruiting efforts and skill in operating with urgency
Exceptional oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
