Job description
Looking for IT Souring Specialist to join our clients recruitment team and help them place qualified candidates faster. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Our client is currently providing platform-based solutions and services to over 34 insurance companies across a broad array of insurance products, distribution models and platform deployment options hence, candidate should be well versed with insurance products (term, whole etc.) / policy administration systems - Vantage, WMA, Life/400, Cyber Life, ALIP, Navisys, FAST, OIPAS, Admin Server, Wyde, Ingenium, Capsil, ALIS etc.)
