Tactical Communications Instructor

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is currently seeking candidates for Tactical Communications Instructor at MCB Camp Lejeune, NC location.

Responsibilities

• Have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.
• Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation.
• Have knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation.
• Possess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material.
• Possess the ability to perform in a military environment.
• Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. Navy, military rank/grade structure. Possess a knowledge of Navy and military terminology, and shipboard/installation environments and configurations.
• Must be cognizant and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding firearms, explosives, and high-capacity magazines

Qualifications

• provide specialized training in the operation and basic maintenance (i.e., operator level) of MESF communications and sensor equipment. The Tactical Communications Instructors must possess the following skills as well as the specific requirements detailed above:
• Possess documented experience and be proficient operating portable Tactical Communications equipment, specifically;
  • AN/PRC-117 Harris Falcon III Multiband Networking Manpack
  • AN/PRC-150/160 Type-1 HF Radio
  • AN/PRC-152/152A Type-1 Handheld Multiband
  • AN/PYQ-10 Simple Key Loader (SKL)/KIK-11 Tactical Key Loader
    • Possess proficiency in basic Tactical Operations Center (TOC) set-up, watchstanding, information management/flow, procedures, reporting, preplanned responses and Combatant-Craft FLIR (CC-FLIR) system.
    • Able to perform duties as an Electronics Key Management System (EKMS) Local Holder
    • Function in an Information Assurance (IA) Workforce Technical capacity as an IAT Level I for CENSECFOR legacy assets associated with Coastal Riverine Training.
