Systems Specialist (Patching & Compliance)
Location: Hybrid position reporting to office locations in Newark and/or Dover, DE 2 days per week

What you’ll be working on…
- Assessing vulnerability & patch information from compliance scans for Networking devices, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Linux, and other Internet of Things devices.
- Providing remediation services in conjunction with infrastructure teams based on vulnerability & policy compliance scans.
- Ensuring patch deployments are up to date on all devices throughout the enterprise.
- Utilizing tools to automate patch deployment, such as Ivanti, SCCM, and other tool sets.
- Responsibility for patching assets in test and production environments while ensuring continuing operations.
- Participating in Change Control Board and technical review meetings to discuss patching, vulnerability impacts and considerations.
- Create, update and maintain required documentation and reporting.
Who you are...
- Minimum 1-3 years operational experience remediating/patching systems in an Enterprise environment.
- Basic knowledge in Windows servers, Workspace and patching.
- Basic knowledge of patching networking hardware.
- Basic understanding of installing and configuring firmware of Internet of Things devices (printers, scanners, …)
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
