Systems Sales Administrative Assistant

The Sales Engineering Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Sales Engineers in day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for processing and distribution of department email.
• Write quotes, communicate with outside sales to initiate quote follow-ups, and maintain associated logs.
• Manage the order entry process accurately.
• Maintain and update information and pricing for standard products, VA listings, and OEM customer parts.
• Managing ERP System and CRM workstream for manufacturing sales engineers.
• Assisting Sales Engineers in manufacturing project releases.
• Review customer account and contact information to ensure accuracy.
• Set up new customer accounts and collect/input contact information.
• Maintain specs for Manufacturing Sales.
• Document Management
• Data Entry

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical writing is a plus

• Must be able to bend, walk, and reach unaided
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds (unassisted)

Environment:

• Typical professional office setting
• Routinely use standard office equipment including phones, computer, copiers, printers, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
