The Sales Engineering Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Sales Engineers in day-to-day operations.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for processing and distribution of department email.
- Write quotes, communicate with outside sales to initiate quote follow-ups, and maintain associated logs.
- Manage the order entry process accurately.
- Maintain and update information and pricing for standard products, VA listings, and OEM customer parts.
- Managing ERP System and CRM workstream for manufacturing sales engineers.
- Assisting Sales Engineers in manufacturing project releases.
- Review customer account and contact information to ensure accuracy.
- Set up new customer accounts and collect/input contact information.
- Maintain specs for Manufacturing Sales.
