Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360
We are looking for a 3rd Shift, System Operator to join our Ozark, AL team! Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
3rd Shift Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30AM, with occasional overtime
Systems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience
Systems Operator Core Essentials:
Safety & Team Coordination:
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
- Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
Machine Operations:
- Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
- Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
Training & Cross-Training:
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Systems Operator Essential Experiences:
- High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
- Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
