Systems Operator, 2Nd Shift

Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360
We are looking for a 2nd Shift, Systems Operator to join our Ozark, AL team! Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
2nd Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, with occasional overtime
Systems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience
Systems Operator Core Essentials:Safety & Team Coordination:

• Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
• Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
• Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations:

• Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
• Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training & Cross-Training:

• Participate in regular training sessions
• Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Systems Operator Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
• Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
