This position is for a Systems Engineer within the historic Skunk Works organization in Advanced Development Programs (ADP). Responsibilities include the planning, execution, action item coordination, and overall completion of Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR). Responsibilities include technical planning, task management and delegation, coordination across program IPTs, and preparation and facilitation of technical reviews across the total system product. The selected candidate will coordinate with program management and customer stakeholders to ensure successful technical system development. The candidate must possess strong oral/written communication skills. Must be a US citizen. This position requires a Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years to start.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a Technical/Engineering Field
Experience in Systems Engineering
Secret Clearance required prior to start
Desired skills
Experience in requirements definition, decomposition, and management
Experience in verification planning/execution
Familiarity with Agile practices and Methodologies
Experience in system architecture definition, including system modeling using SysML
INCOSE Certification
Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
"Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $79,800 - $152,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
