Summary of Responsibilities

 The Systems Conversions Analyst serves as the liaison between the Avenue5 integrations team and the client and is responsible for assisting with setup, collection, and conversion of data for the purpose of onboarding properties. This role oversees and supports multiple implementations simultaneously and assists with determining project scope and ensuring a high level of quality and data integrity. The Systems Conversions Analyst serves as the central point of contact for the conversion through the onboarding process and routinely relays project information to management and key stakeholders.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

• Responsible for collecting and tracking of information, data and reports needed to transition properties quickly and effectively

 • Collaborate with the integrations and system support teams to manage the timing of the system conversion processes and ensure data integrity

 • Consult with integrations specialist or operational lead to manage expectations and ensure data is converted accurately and meets client’s needs

 • Analyze the information from Yardi Voyager and various other systems and sources to streamline conversion process onto Avenue5 system platforms • Configure the system as defined by project scope and specifications

• Manage multiple property system conversions simultaneously

• Validate and test data to ensure it is imported into Yardi Voyager or other systems completely and accurately as required

 

• Perform clean up, manipulation and formatting of data files to complete imports and exports Successfully.

 • Setup and update Rent Café and the CRM for new properties

 • Setup the ancillary interfaces in Yardi Voyager to support the client

• Coordinate and track offboarding workflow processes with the property and accounting teams

• Track and report on conversion analytics and costs to key stakeholders

• Perform backup support for the help desk and training team for the system module programs

 • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 Education and Experience

 

• High School Diploma required. Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• One to two years of experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, CRM, and Blue Moon is required

 • One to two years of experience in Property Management is preferred

 

 • One to two years of accounting experience is preferred

 

Skills and Requirements

 • Detail oriented and high desire to learn and grow

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others and solve conflict • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management effectively and sensitively

 • Solid organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrated aptitude with dealing with demanding client needs

• Able to complete tasks on deadline

• Ability to organize recurring tasks

• Ability to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

 • Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assigned.

Scheduling

• Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working outside business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays

 • Ability to travel (15%)

 

Environment 

 • Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions (temperatures may vary depending on the weather in the different regions)

 • Exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, as well as working in confined or restricted spaces

• Potential exposure to communicable diseases through frequent contact with public
