$155,000 to $180,000, depending on your level of experience and skills. Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) eligible.

Role Overview:

You'll be the brain behind designing and improving how our products work. This involves creating plans for how everything fits together and making sure our systems run smoothly every day. You'll collaborate with different teams, set coding rules, and make sure everything meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create plans for how our systems should work and team up with others to make those plans happen.
• Set coding rules that guide how new things are made and added to our products.
• Help teams plan and carry out tests to make sure everything works well.
• Identify what's needed to make sure our systems are secure and perform well.
• Make sure everyone's on the same page about how things should be built.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience designing big applications, especially for big businesses.
• Expertise in making big applications work smoothly, from the smallest details to the bigger picture.
• Experience using cloud systems like Azure and working with databases.
• Skilled in coding with Java and working with APIs.
• Hands-on experience in making different parts of systems talk to each other smoothly.
• Great at explaining complex ideas and helping others learn.
• Understands how businesses set rules and follows them closely.

• Open to candidates in Chicago, Dallas, and Issaquah locations.
• This job involves a lot of responsibility, especially for someone more experienced. You'll need to have led teams before and be good at explaining things.
• You'll be hands-on, working with a team to make sure everything works as it should. It's more about planning and guiding than writing code every day.
• They're really looking for someone who's worked on big projects and can talk about how they made them work.
• Cloud experience is a must, and if you know your way around UI (like React or Angular), that's a bonus.
