Join our innovative and dynamic team as a Senior Infrastructure Administrator, playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing our VMWare Workspace ONE environment. Key Responsibilities:

• VMWare Workspace ONE Management:

  • Assume primary responsibility for managing VMWare Workspace ONE, ensuring its optimal performance and integration with the organization's systems.

• Device Management and Analytics:

  • Compile, analyze, and report statistics on all devices within the organization, implementing strategies to enhance device management efficiency.

• Documentation and Recommendations:

  • Document the current environment comprehensively and provide strategic recommendations for improvements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Collaboration with Service Desk:

  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to provide effective IT support, ensuring seamless user experiences and issue resolution.

• Performance Testing:

  • Develop and execute test plans to assess infrastructure and system performance, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.

• Policy Enforcement:

  • Enforce policies to standardize systems, promoting consistency and security across the organization's IT landscape.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with VMWare Workspace ONE (AirWatch), demonstrating expertise in mobile device management.

• Mobile Device Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Apple and Android mobile platforms, staying abreast of industry trends and updates.

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or equivalent military experience preferred.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of independently identifying and addressing challenges.

• Networking and IT Experience:

  • Previous experience in networking, IT, or related fields, showcasing a strong foundation in infrastructure administration.

• Attention to Detail:

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of infrastructure management.
