Linux System Administrator

Remote (US or Europe), Full-time

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English (spoken/written)
• At least 7 years of experience as a Linux SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Significant experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers (bare metal, container, cloud)
• RHCSA certification is a plus
• Familiarity with process control and logging
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Salt, Chef
• Good knowledge of Docker and ideally Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and log aggregations tools (i.e. Grafana, ELK, Graylog)
• Experience in deploying and maintaining systems running on cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Extensive experience with Bash and Python or PowerShell
• Ideally first experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Gitlab CI/CD
• Ability to work in an agile, energetic startup environment
• Good team player and communication skills
