Systems Administrator Tier 3

Position Overview: 

As a Systems Administrator Tier 3, you will be an integral part of our technical team, bringing your leadership skills, mentorship abilities, and advanced technical expertise to the table. With a minimum of eight years of industry experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, growth, and excellence within our client base. Your proficiency in a range of technical domains, including Office 365 administration, server configuration and troubleshooting, network administration, storage solutions, and project management, will be instrumental in supporting our clients' needs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor IT professionals, providing expert guidance and support. 
• Manage advanced Office 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. 
• Handle server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks. 
• Oversee storage administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. 
• Manage network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. 
• Bring project management expertise to the team. 
• Provide multi-level support to technical, sales, and engineering teams. 
• Design, engineer, and document Windows server configurations with advanced settings. 
• Implement advanced configurations for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. 
• Develop documentation and practices for advanced storage (SAN/ NAS) and backup solutions.
• Lead complex server migrations, installations, and decommissions. 
• Proficiently work with cloud technologies and hybrid environments (on-prem/Azure). 
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows domain environments. 
• Utilize PowerShell and scripting for various tasks. 
• Ensure data integrity and availability through backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures. 
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for proper administration and software installations. 
• Assist with complex server environments and projects. 
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting. 
• Knowledge of RAID configurations, SAN, NAS, and backup strategies. 
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid environments. 
• Ability to support multiple software applications and collaborate with third-party vendors. 
• Advanced experience in Office 365 administration, server configuration, network administration, and storage solutions. 
• Proficiency in project management. 
• Deep understanding of Microsoft server and storage architecture. 
• Excellent communication skills to convey designs and objectives to stakeholders. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Possess a minimum of eight years of industry experience including strong leadership and mentorship skills.
