Job Description
- Manage Corporate Cloud Services: Oversee the administration of corporate Google Workspace, Azure/Entra ID, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of cloud-based applications and services.
- Domain Management: Responsible for managing marketing domains, including email and DNS configurations, to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Business Application Administration: Maintain access control for all employees across various business applications, ensuring secure and efficient access to essential resources.
- Device Management: Manage devices including patching, asset tracking and security/endpoint management.
- Equipment Provisioning and Support: Procure and support equipment for all employees, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, etc., to facilitate smooth operations.
- Network Troubleshooting: Address and resolve employee home network issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and productivity.
- Support Compliance Initiatives: Provide support for SOC1/SOC2 environment, including evidence collection and reporting, to ensure compliance and regulatory standards.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Assist the SaaS Product team with infrastructure monitoring tasks, including configuring alerts and policies, to maintain optimal system performance.
- Secure Monitoring: Collaborate with the SaaS Product team to implement and maintain security monitoring measures, such as configuring Azure Defender and mitigating security alerts, to protect company assets and data.
- Proven experience in systems administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with corporate cloud services such as Google Workspace and Azure/Entra ID.
- Experience in domain management, including email and DNS configurations.
- Proficiency in business application administration and access control management.
- Knowledge of device management practices, including patching and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in addressing network and connectivity issues.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fully remote work environment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC1/SOC2 is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
