Commercial Real Estate Broker
Marc Realty is a full-service Commercial Real Estate company that owns, manages, and leases office buildings throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. The Commercial Real Estate Broker is responsible for representing the Company in leasing commercial properties. Brokers act as intermediaries, providing market expertise, negotiating deals, and ensuring that transactions are successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Landlord Representation:
o Work closely with the Company to understand their Real Estate needs and investment objectives.
o Provide expert guidance and advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Property Listing and Marketing:
o Create property listings and marketing materials to attract potential tenants.
o Develop marketing strategies, including online listings, advertising, and promotional events.
Market Research:
o Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
o Analyze data and provide market insights and property valuations.
Property Tours and Showings:
o Arrange property tours and showings for prospective tenants and provide information to potential tenants.
Negotiation:
o Negotiate lease terms and other contract terms on behalf of the Company.
Transaction Management:
o Oversee the entire transaction process, including due diligence, inspections, and document preparation.
o Coordinate with other professionals, such as attorneys, designers, project managers, and building managers, as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Compliance and Legal Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal Real Estate laws and regulations.
o Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, business, or finance, is preferred.
· Relevant Real Estate licensing and professional certifications, such as a Real Estate Broker's license.
· Strong knowledge of the local Commercial Real Estate market.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in Real Estate software and market analysis tools.
· Sales and marketing skills to effectively promote properties and attract tenants.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex Real Estate challenges.
Successful Commercial Real Estate Brokers have a deep understanding of the local market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants. They play a crucial role in facilitating transactions and helping the Company achieve its targeted leasing goals.

Compensation: Base salary + Commissions
