Your role will include a wide range of tasks, including installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is a day in the life of a Systems Administrator? Work within a ticketing system (FreshService) to troubleshoot advanced issues via IT Support escalation. Install and configure hardware and software, including servers, workstations, network devices, and operating systems Monitor system performance and identify potential problems Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Implement and maintain security measures to protect our data and systems Manage user accounts and access permissions Provide technical support to employees Document IT procedures and policies Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologiesWhat will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in systems administration Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbsWhat does high performance look like?
