This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is exempt salary and pays a range of $70,000-90,000, depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and executing a strategic vision for DevOps that aligns with business objectives.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency within the DevOps function.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our suite of applications, including CRM, phone dialers, project management tools and visualization tools.
- Monitoring the performance and health of both servers and applications to identify and address issues proactively.
- Configure, customize, and optimize these applications to meet our specific business needs.
- Assist in planning and executing expansion projects related to our application infrastructure.
- Ensure robust data backup and recovery procedures for our applications.
- Providing technical support to end-users for both system and network-related concerns.
- Managing server hardware, operating system updates, and network device configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, application engineering, information technology, or network administrationOR2-3 years or relevant experience.
- Certifications such as; Cisco CCNA, RHCT, RHCE or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certifications are preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- CRM experience such as; Salesforce, Hubspot or SugarCRM.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in applications, hardware, and software desired.
- Practical knowledge of networking concepts, such as routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
- Experience in full life-cycle software engineering practices is a plus.
