Key Responsibilities:

• Grant user access into each core application.
• Configure and support core applications, including 365, Procore, Sage, Excel, Microsoft Entra ID, and others.
• Proactively seek input and feedback for all core applications to enhance user experience.
• Learn all systems and software to provide comprehensive support.
• Create and maintain documentation related to core applications.
• Participate in on-call duties, providing remediations and leadership for organizational communications.
• Suggest improvements for applications and systems.
• Exercise independent judgment in problem-solving.
• Work with HR systems for granting and removing access.
• Familiarity with ADP systems (preferred but not required).

• Application support experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to talk, sit, and hear consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or reach occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
