We are looking for a results-oriented ERP/Systems Specialist to assist ERP system implementation & integration. The ideal candidate will assist extract data from a data based and perform product data analysis from current ERP system and involve integration & implementation a new ASRS system.

Job description:
Providing technical support and troubleshoot issues that arise.
Preparing system development progress updates and documentation
Applicant will be working with Tableau.
Create and maintain custom reports upon request
Train new employees to use the system
Coordinate with departments to obtain or create new data for new system.
This role is goal-oriented; plan a process and find ways to dig into information needed to reach destination.
Looks for opportunities to standardize data and find solutions that enable optimization of the platform system functionality for the organization.
Willing to work with team members to achieve department goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsible for managing data elements in Deacom system to ensure accurate data result.
Qualifications
Proficient with SQL queries
Prior food industry experience is a plus
ERP System (if applicant knows DEACOM, big plus) experience.
Knowledge of ERP Development tools, programming, and business processes are not required but a plus
Great organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations.
Strong work ethic, self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication, organization, planning, project coordination, time management, analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills.

Working knowledge of ERP or MRP is preferred, but not required.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in data science, information technology, computer science, or similar preferred
