The Lockheed Martin RMS Infrastructure Communications & Network Engineering organization located in Moorestown, NJ is experiencing tremendous growth. In response to growing needs, we are hiring experienced leaders for managing engineering teams working in a DevSecOps agile environment.

If selected, you would be responsible for leading a diverse team of talented software, information computing, and network engineers, responsible for the design, development, integration, and deployment of capabilities within a DevSecOps agile environment in support of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.

People: As an engineering manager you will be responsible for the oversight of an engineering group consisting of approximately 20 employees, where you will be responsible for technical oversight of work, project planning, cost estimation and resource planning. As a People Leader, you will be responsible for fostering employee engagement, professional development, and cultivating talent thru new employee hiring/recruiting activities.

Customer / Growth: You will have considerable interaction across the business and be responsible for directly interfacing with engineer and program management internal stakeholders. One of your primary focuses will be to oversee technical tasks / activities, while providing leadership and oversight of cost, schedule, staffing, and technical commitments. Additionally, you will be called upon to support customer briefings, program reviews and new business capture opportunities. In support of new business ventures, you will be responsible for generation / review of cost estimates and Basis of Estimate justifications for compliance, while ensuring that all risks and opportunities are properly documented. Previous experience leading cost estimation Basis of Estimates is required.

Candidates must have a proven history of sustained demonstrated leadership, and the ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
