Position:System Director, Employee Benefits
Shift:Full Time, Day Shift - Monday through Friday
Education:
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of training and experience; Masters preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of twelve (12) years combined technical Employee Benefits and compensation experience required.
- Three (3) to five- (5) years management experience with background in program development, implementation, administration, communication, and compliance.
Licensures & Certifications
- CEBS and/or CBP strongly preferred.
