The Role Remix: EMPIRE is looking for a Sync Coordinator to assist the sync team with various administrative tasks. As Sync Coordinator you will impact the Sync teams by being an organized and proactive team player with a great ability to integrate a spirited approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Research Record / Song rights and approval parties
• Collaborate with A&R Admin Team, PMs and Legal to collect complete label copy
• Route Audio Requests for delivery
• Route Confirmed Uses to Legal and Finance teams for processing
• Assist in Clearance and License Reporting and Tracking
• Collaborate with Finance to convert past due invoices
• Support team in drafting email blasts & show invites to clients
• Maintain Film & TV production schedules
• Coordinate whitelisting of approved uses with Digital Team
• Pull and organize clips of confirmed uses
• General administrative duties

Pay Range: This is a contract role ranging from 10-20 hours per week at $20.00 - $25.00/hour

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
