Pool Doctor is hiring a Repair Manager!
**This is a management and leadership position at Pool Doctor-Cape Coral. We are seeking someone with people management and Pool Repair experience who is looking to lead and run a full team of repair technicians.**
**Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record**

Pool Doctor prides themselves on hiring fantastic individuals who will provide an excellent level of care to our client’s pools, spas, and water features. We seek people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and are customer service driven to perform repairs and routine maintenance.
Essential Functions:
- Scheduling and routing a team of residential/commercial repair technicians
- Estimating and pricing diagnostic and break-fix repair jobs
- Managing the ordering and inventory of supplies and parts through several local suppliers.
- Utilizing multiple systems (software) to track jobs from initiation through completion and invoicing. (TSP, ION, QB)

- Ability to problem solve issues with practical solutions
- Build rapport and trust with customers and employees
- Ability to use information systems to conduct business, includes MS Office, enterprise systems (ERP), route management
- Valid driver’s license is required
Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Previous scheduling, dispatching, and service management experience preferred.
- Must be able to type and use customer relationship management systems and mobile applications.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate well, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure while maintaining composure, and occasionally diffuse escalations.
- Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
- Excellent team player with a commitment to company values.
- Ability to grow while managing
- Ability to develop an increase in revenue through Selling / Upselling the Value-Add concept.

Compensation – This salaried position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on-the-job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience. $48K- $52K
