SalaryArrowhead Deck and Pools, a leader in premium pool and spa construction since 2008, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Swimming Pool Designer and Sales Representative to join our award-winning team in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their pool design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Utilize Pool Studios design software to create innovative and functional custom pool designs that encompass hardscaping, landscaping, lighting, fire, and water features.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client aspirations, considering property dimensions, soil conditions, access, and topography.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to highlight the transformational impact of proposed designs on their outdoor living spaces.
- Engage in precise project area measurements and provide accurate cost estimations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact through the entire sales and construction process.
- Coordinate closely with the construction team to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance design proposals and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pool and landscape sales and design.
- Solid understanding of pool design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency with Pool Studios design software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary during training, followed by uncapped commission opportunities.
- Minimum first-year expectation of $100K, with top performers earning over $200K.
