We are a women-owned and run swim school in Los Angeles, CA! Our team of female Swim Instructors and Lifeguards travel to clients' homes for swim classes and private events! We operate from April - September (with trainings in March) and provide flexible hours of work that fit into your schedule! Our team of women are welcoming and supportive with biweekly meetings to discuss your private classes and events.
We are looking for Private Swim Instructors in Woodland Hills as well the San Fernando Valley.

Duties as a Swim Instructor:
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans based on participants' needs and abilities
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and water safety
- Provide feedback and encouragement to participants to help them improve their swimming skills
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during swim lessons
- Monitor participants' progress and track their achievements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding is required.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with participants of all ages
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline during swim lessons
- CPR and First Aid certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- WSI Certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
