As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy creating delicious and visually appealing sushi, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Prepare sushi rolls and other sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards - Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times - Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or special requests ```Skills``` - Strong culinary skills with a focus on sushi preparation - Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including rice cooking, fish cutting, and rolling techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in sushi preparation - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about creating exceptional sushi dishes and providing an unforgettable dining experience for our customers, we encourage you to apply.
