Sushi Chef

Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling. Mainly Making sushi rolls. Follow recipes for simple dishes, sanitize and prepare equipment and work station for cooking, mix, wash, peel, chop, strain, cut fish and vegetables.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
