Halff has an opening for a Survey Technician with 3+ years' experience of field and office knowledge.
Survey TechnicianResponsibilities:
Survey TechnicianResponsibilities:
- Organizing research for field
- Reducing field observations
- Preparing data for drafting
- Preparing legal descriptions
- Drafting exhibits, maps and plats
- Preparing deed sketches
- Preparing COGO calculations
- Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports
- Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis
Survey TechnicianRequirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Survey Technician
- SIT or CST certification is desired, but not required.
- Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus.
- Intermediate or higher experience with MicroStation and/or Civil 3D is required.
- Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
- ARDOT, Public Works, Land Development and FEMA Survey Technician experience is a plus.
- Experience with Trimble Business Center is highly desired.
- Higher level of education is desired.
