Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizes field notes, sketches, and other data gathered by field survey crew to prepare survey maps in electronic format.
- Utilizes survey coordinate geometry programs to reduce horizontal and vertical field data for computation of traverse closure and level runs.
- Interprets and plots deed descriptions to facilitate boundary determination.
- Utilizes electronic drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, and other survey technologies associated with survey operations.
- Utilizes software to create Digital Terrain Models (DTM) for generation of contours.
- Responsible for utilizing company management techniques and following company drawing standards and company detail library.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a Survey Tech
- Experience with softwares such as Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebem Revu
- Experience with Microstation and Leica Infinity is preferred
