Incumbent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting on all activity on property in order to protect property assets as well as Guests and Team Members.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment.
- Preform observation to ensure all Team Members and Guests are complying with NGCB regulations, MICS, state ordinances, and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reporting all violations and suspicious behaviors to supervisors, verbally or in writing.
- Responsible for ensuring all surveillance equipment is functioning throughout their respective shift.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
A strong knowledge of all Casino gaming rules and regulations is required. Incumbent must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language. The following skills are also required:
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques.
- Knowledge of successful investigation and procedure techniques.
- Incumbent must be able to operate surveillance equipment.
- Incumbents must possess the ability to solve practical problems.
- Incumbent must possess the ability to work in a stressful fast paced environment.
This position will generally function in an office setting. Evening and weekend hours are required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required at management's discretion.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Required: 2 years Surveillance Operator/Observer experience Preferred: HS diploma.
