SalaryServes as a scrub person for surgical procedures, both basic and complex cases. Assembles supplies and instruments and prepares operating room for surgery. Anticipates surgeons needs and assist surgeon by draping, holding and passing instruments, retractors, sutures, and medications. Assist with inventory management, restocks room, and communicates needs with team members and management. Performs other duties as needed and is willing to cross train to other areas as needed.
