```Duties```
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily schedule for healthcare providers
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with patients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Utilize medical scheduling software (such as Dentrix) to input and update patient information
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing their calendars and scheduling meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the office
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as patient service or medical administrative support, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage schedules and appointments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and healthcare providers
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial but not required
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a healthcare setting is desirable
