Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate surgical schedule with physicians
- Schedule office based and hospital procedures consistent with the patient’s diagnosis and procedure request
- Obtain proper pre-authorizations from insurance companies.
- Assure medical clearance is obtained prior to surgery
- Communicate and anticipate the needs of the surgical patient
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Respond to both written and oral correspondence regarding scheduling changes/cancellations in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Perform all duties with excellent customer service at the forefront of your mind
Requirements:
Surgical Coordinator experience required.
Excellent Communication Skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
