About the Role:
As our Surgical Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our surgical department, providing unparalleled support and coordination for our LASIK and cataract surgery patients. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be busy, enjoys interacting with people, and takes satisfaction in knowing their work contributes directly to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial meetings with potential surgical patients to evaluate their candidacy for LASIK and cataract procedures.
• Efficiently schedule surgeries within our facility and at various surgical centers, ensuring a seamless experience for each patient.
• Handle incoming phone calls, providing informative and compassionate assistance to our patients and prospective clients.
• Create and organize patient charts for surgery, maintaining meticulous records.
• Ensure patients are fully informed by providing them with pre-op and post-op instructions.

• Possesses a high level of organization and attention to detail.
