Maineline, a leading sign company located in Antrim, NH, is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MID (Main Identification) Project Manager.
Maineline is a family-owned sign company that partners with large multifamily developers in major metropolitan markets to design, produce, and install high-quality sign systems. Main Identification signs begin the onsite brand experience. You will collaborate with three dedicated Main ID designers, an installation manager, and a permit coordinator to lead and successfully execute projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Main ID projects to ensure on-time installation
- Ensure accurate design, mounting methods, error-free production, and timely delivery
- Lead clients through design and mounting discussions and decisions
- Support MID Installation Project Manager to deliver a successful installation experience
- Assist with third-party vendors involved in the permitting, production, and installation processes as needed
- Read and interpret architectural plans
- Review structural and mounting details
- Manage 30-50 MID projects at various stages
- Utilize Zoho Projects as a management tool to optimize workflow of all projects
- Effectively communicate permitting research findings, permit procurement procedures, production timelines, and pricing details to clients throughout the process
- Schedule projects to meet client and company deadlines while optimizing resource utilization
- Assist in American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract navigation and reconciliation
- Professional business writing and effective phone communication
- Proactive communication mentality – keep clients consistently informed, so they never ask or wonder about project status
- Expert management of Outlook email and calendar

- Knowledge of sign engineering and logistics is preferred
- Experience with Procore & Zoho is a plus
