We're looking for a kind, compassionate hardworking REGISTERED NURSE to join our team! Schedule is weekly 9am-5pm including every other weekend.

In coordination with our Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing/Support Nurse will help oversee and manage all aspects of Nursing operations here at Chelsea Brick Assisted Living.
Duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Medicare guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resident care and improve overall organizational performance.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing management.
Experience:
- Valid Nursing license in the state of employment.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
