What we are looking for in our Support Engineer (Full time Contract):
Worked as a Technical Support Engineer for at least 2+ years- Experience in identifying, debugging, and fixing issues in production systems.
- Must have a strong understanding of how APIs work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing teams, ensuring escalations are happening and following up to resolve issues.
- Be the bridge between the customer-facing teams and the engineering team.
What we expect from you:
Experience in writing scripts in Python or Javascript to automate operations tasks or generate reports using APIs.- Must know how to use debugging and monitoring tools such as Grafana or Datadog.
- Work closely with the development team to report and resolve bugs and improve overall product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proactively educate customers on product features and best practices to optimize their experience.

Working hours and Compensation:
The designated working hours will be from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.
