The purpose of the Support Administrator is to optimize efficiency and continuity of operations within Product Support by taking ownership of administrative tasks like onboarding, licensing, documentation, and coordinating recurring tasks across teams. This role will help managers stay focused on important projects and team leadership by ensuring day-to-day tasks are proactively managed and new hires are operational quickly through streamlined onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks with Support Management, Directors, and other teams. Act as liaison for administrative needs and task tracking.
- Maintain and configure support tools and systems including Zendesk. Ensure proper configuration, access controls, and workflows.
- Track and manage licenses for all software and tools used within Product Support. Ensure licenses are up-to-date and provide license reports.
- Document configuration, access controls, and workflows for support systems and tools. Create and maintain support documentation and guides.
- Assist with onboarding of Product Support team members by configuring access and setup of accounts across all systems and tools.
- Track and coordinate quarterly and annual recurring tasks, projects, and processes including reviews, updates, and training cadences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two-year degree preferred but not required
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with Zendesk preferred
- Experience with user and license management preferred
- Experience coordinating tasks and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Highly organized and result-oriented
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Can demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and
- commitment
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
