Royal Paper Sales Support Admin
Role Location: Hybrid: work from home 3-4 days per week and 1-2 days per week from the office (Royal Paper Phoenix Office: 711 N. 17th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85007)
Job Description:
Royal Paper is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales, possessing excellent communication, time management skills and a strategic mindset. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales organization in driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sample Room Management
a. Maintain and organize the sample room to enable quick and easy access to products
b. Ensure the availability of up-to-date product samples for the Sales Team
c. Manage inventory and replenish samples as needed
d. Deliver samples to the Sales Team in a timely fashion to support their sales efforts
2. Sales Support
a. Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand client needs and provide relevant product samples
b. Assist in preparing and customizing sales presentations and materials
c. Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
d. New customer set up
e. New item set up
f. Bid management support
g. Price list maintenance
h. Create and manage ADLs (authorized distributions lists) for all top 30 accounts
3. Digital Asset Organization
a. Organize Dropbox; complete our product image database
b. Organize Company SharePoint in partnership with functional leaders
4. Trade Show Logistics
a. Manage all logistics of both major Trade Shows (PLMA and ISSA)
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must
