Position: Supply chain consultant/Manufacturing consultant
Location: All over USA
Duration: Full time / Permanent
VISA: EAD / GC / Citizens only
Salary: $Open /DOE
Location: Candidate has to start working from home. but ready to travel all over US to our customer locations.
Note: We are looking for a candidate who has background in Supply chain or manufacturing or PLM or exp in services industry or automotive industry, who can travel to all our customer locations in US and can do business development also.
Experience Levels: 7 to 12 years overall experience, spread across a combination of manufacturing industry, consulting, information & technology services.
Industry and domain Focus:
We are specifically looking at candidates in the industries of Automotive (including Automotive manufacturers & suppliers), Industrial Manufacturers (including capital goods), Aerospace, Chemical and Process, Steel, Metals and Mining.
Candidates with experience in either or many of
1. Product Engineering & Development and / or
2. Supply Chain Management and / or
3. Manufacturing and / or
4. Quality
5. Service Management
6. Parts Management
7. Warranty
8. Sales & Marketing (including dealer management)
Minimum Requirements:

• The candidate should have experience / expertise in the areas of problem solving, new ideation & creativity, process re-engineering or design, project planning & execution, business planning & execution.
• Must be a high performer in his or her area of business
• All candidates are expected to demonstrate strong oral & written communication skills, team working skills, leadership, risk taking and high performance & achievement orientation.
• Should be open to learning & skill building and demonstrate willingness to embrace technology and best in class industry skills.

Preference Criteria
Candidates with following backgrounds would be preferred:
1. Experience in a consulting firm
2. Experience in leading manufacturing firm
3. Experience in any enterprise technology area as ERP, PLM, MES, CRM or others; at least a rich end user exposure would be preferred
4. International exposure
5. Cross business / functional experience
6. Experience on client facing roles
7. Participation in industry forum / other public forum
8. Exposure / experience in industry standard focus areas like LEAN, 6 Sigma, ToC
9. Membership and certifications from industry standard bodies as ICMCI, SCOR, MESA , NPDP and others

Qualifications:

• Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and MBA with specialization in any of the above areas
• Candidate with higher experience will be considered for roles as Subject Matter Experts and Center of Excellence Leads.
• Candidates with Lower Experience will be considered for Research Associates and Business Analyst positions.
