Job Description

What is the Supply Chain Rotation Program?

Comcast’s Supply Chain Rotation Program is designed to offer opportunities for early-career professionals looking to grow into versatile, innovative leaders in the field of Supply Chain.  Our program offers a unique blend of rotational experiences and cohort-based learning. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, gain invaluable insights and leadership exposure, and hone your skills.  At Comcast, we believe in empowering our SC Rotation Program participants to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact within our organization.

Join us and embark on a journey of growth, innovation, and leadership in one of the world's leading media and technology companies.

Why SC Rotation Program?

SC Rotation Program associates complete three different full-time rotations over the course of two years.  Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment, and your second and third rotations will each be six months in duration.  As you rotate, you’ll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders.

Quarterly learning & development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your business and Supply Chain acumen.  Additionally, you’ll receive exposure and networking opportunities with the broader business and be paired with a mentor to encourage individualized coaching during the early stages of your career.

We are looking for people to join our team who approach challenges with a data-driven and growth-mindset, who love collaborating with their peers and leaders to build strong products and who proactively pursue opportunities to broaden their skill sets and take risks. Our most successful associates are focused on contributing to and building an inclusive environment and thoughtfully seek feedback to propel their growth.
