Synchrono is seeking a remarkable individual to join our software implementation team. We don’t just install software. We develop long-time relationships with our customers as they use our software and process recommendations to improve their business. We strive to break down silos that exist within organizations and replace them with synchronization coordinated by our software. This position requires someone who can bring a mindset of continuous improvement while deploying our manufacturing scheduling solution.
You will be empowered and supported in your implementation role. A great fit for the position would be someone that has a propensity toward action, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and an interest in making a meaningful impact on whatever they are involved with.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide functional consulting services to customers on moderate to complex engagements.
· Subject Matter Expert on the functionality within Synchrono software products.
· Gather and assess key client requirements and assist with translation into optimal solutions leveraging capabilities in our software
· Help our customers achieve business results through the implementation of Synchrono software solutions.
· Develop and deliver training documentation to customers on Synchrono software functionality.
· Develop and execute test plans along with users to ensure the solution meets customer acceptance criteria.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
· Must have 2+ years of experience working with manufacturing systems.
· This is a client facing role. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills are a must.
· Highly detail oriented, and ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
· Experience with Manufacturing Execution (MES), Advanced Planning (APS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
· Travel is an essential part of this job. Expect 25% on-site at customer locations.
· SQL Server Queries and Stored Procedures
· Project Management
· Report Writing using Microsoft SSRS or similar
· B.S. in Engineering, Operations, or other Technical Educational Background.
· Must be US Citizen
